When Failure Is
Not an Option.
Amnis Tech engineers unyielding, battle-tested autonomous aerial systems — delivering operational superiority to defence and coast guard services, and rapid life-saving capability to the crews who fly when conditions are at their worst.

Our Mission
To engineer unyielding, battle-tested autonomous aerial systems that deliver absolute operational superiority, unwavering reliability, and rapid life-saving capability — when failure is not an option.
Uncrewed aircraft have moved from novelty to necessity. The operators who depend on them — naval crews, coast guard air stations, wildfire incident commanders, search-and-rescue teams — are no longer asking whether autonomy works. They are asking whether it will hold up in salt spray, in an electronic-warfare environment, at night, in the fourth hour of a search. That question is the whole of our engineering brief.
Four Domains, One Airframe Family
Common autonomy stack, mission-specific configurations
Defence
ISR for municipal, provincial and federal agencies, plus high-velocity counter-UAS interceptors that neutralise unauthorised aerial threats with pinpoint accuracy.
Coast Guard & Maritime
Corrosion-hardened maritime patrol and over-water search platforms for sovereignty enforcement, ice reconnaissance, pollution monitoring and vessel interdiction support.
Emergency Response
Search and rescue with thermal and low-light optics on autonomous grid-sweep algorithms, wildfire hotspot mapping, and rapid medical and blood-product transport.
Civil & Commercial
Heavy last-mile logistics across austere terrain and logistical bottlenecks, industrial inspection, and passenger-grade eVTOL configurations for urban and inter-city transit.
Sovereign Capability, Built In Nation
Across NATO, North America and allied nations, governments are standing up defence drone initiatives to accelerate the development, testing and production of uncrewed and autonomous systems inside their own borders — so that armed forces, coast guards, search-and-rescue services and wildfire agencies hold the sovereign capabilities they need in an increasingly complex security environment.
Amnis Tech is built to serve exactly that mandate, in whichever country is buying: systems designed, integrated and manufactured in nation, free of foreign export-licence chokepoints, with the supply-chain provenance and data sovereignty that allied operators now require as a condition of purchase — not as a preference.
How we deliver sovereign capabilityWhat sovereignty requires
- National design authority and production
- No foreign export-licence dependency
- National data residency and encrypted links
- NATO- and allied-interoperable command and control
- Auditable, allied-sourced componentry
Proprietary Technology & Innovation Pipeline
Capability under development that the standard drone market does not offer
Remote Charging Infrastructure
Automated dock-and-charge AMNIS NEST™ stations enabling persistent, round-the-clock fleet operations without human intervention — the difference between a sortie and a standing watch.
Advanced Propulsion & New Fuels
Active R&D into novel propulsion mechanics and alternative fuel sources, targeting the endurance and payload envelope that battery-only multirotors cannot reach.
AI Flight Control
Proprietary AI-driven flight control that holds attitude and mission intent through gusts, icing, payload shift and partial actuator loss — degrading gracefully instead of failing.
GPS-Independent Navigation
Resilient navigation that continues to hold position and complete tasking when satellite signals are jammed, spoofed or simply unavailable — visual-inertial odometry and terrain reference in place of a dependency.
Encrypted Data Links
Hardened, frequency-agile command and telemetry links designed to survive a contested spectrum, with national key management and no third-country data transit.
Tactical Sensor Suites
Multispectral payloads — thermal, low-light, RGB and radar — fused on board so the operator receives a decision, not a video feed to interpret under pressure.
Quality, Reliability & Agency Compliance
Mission-critical means the failure case was engineered for first
Battle-Tested Durability
Hardened composites and redundant flight-critical systems built for the harshest operational environments — extreme weather, salt-fog exposure, physical stress and electronic counter-measures. Redundancy is specified at the airframe, power and navigation layers so no single failure ends a mission.
Rigorous Standards
Multi-stage quality assurance protocols with documented acceptance testing at component, subassembly and airframe level, targeting the high-uptime thresholds that agency fleet operators contract against. Every aircraft ships with its own test record.
Regulatory Registrations
Amnis Tech is committed to completing the mandatory registrations, certifications and compliance frameworks required by federal, defence and international aviation authorities in every market we enter. Certification status is disclosed candidly, per programme, on request.
Certifications and airworthiness approvals are programme- and jurisdiction-specific. We will tell you exactly where a given platform stands rather than imply blanket approval.
From Tactical Development to Industrial Scale
Amnis Tech is scaling from advanced tactical development into full-scale industrial manufacturing. Rather than build a greenfield plant and wait years for output, we are pursuing the acquisition of an existing manufacturing facility — buying tooling, trained trades and a commissioned production line, and converting them to aerial systems.
- Brownfield acquisition. An operating facility shortens time-to-volume from years to months and de-risks the production ramp.
- Modular production. Off-the-shelf equipment at each step, so lines re-tool between airframe families instead of being rebuilt.
- Sovereign workforce. Domestic engineering, assembly and sustainment employment — a requirement of allied procurement, not a by-product.
- Sustainment from day one. Spares, field-repair kits and training packaged with the aircraft, because an unsupported fleet is a grounded fleet.
Production Capacity, Not Prototypes
Agencies do not buy demonstrations. They buy a delivery schedule they can plan a fiscal year around, a support contract, and the confidence that unit 500 is identical to unit 5.
Detailed capacity, delivery schedules and commercial terms are shared directly with qualified agency, prime-contractor and institutional counterparties under NDA.
